Step 1: Calculate Your Calories
This is a very important step.
Click on the 'TOOLKIT' tab on this website.
Click on the 'CALCULATE CALORIES' drop down from toolkit.
Input your data into the calculator to calculate your daily target.
The amount of calories calculated is your deficit amount.
That amount is the amount to aim for each day.

Step 2: Download & Set Up MyFitnessPal
Download the app MyFitnessPal from your app store.
Input the calorie goal that you just calculated.
Log all foods & drinks for the duration of 6 weeks.
Setting up of MyFitnessPal is explained in the tutorial videos.
Click on the 'LEARNING ROOM' tab, and then click on 'BUILDING BLOCKS' course.
There you will be guided through setting up MyFitnessPal.
Step 3: Watch Tutorial Videos
Click on the learn tab.
Watch ALL the tutorial videos.
They are short & straight to the point.
The videos will provide you with all relevant information.
Everything you need to know about fat loss is in these videos.
Step 4: Download PDF Resources
These are supporting documents to help you.
Click on the 'GUIDES' tab
Each resources can be downloaded and saved.
Don't overlook the power of each one of these resources.
Step 5: Starting Measurements
To be captured on your first day
Click on the 'TOOLKIT' tab
Click on 'WEEKLY CHECK-IN'S'
Input all the requested data
Keep a backup on the weight tracker sheet you have downloaded

Step 6: Go Through All Information Thoroughly
Daily check-in tab is where you do daily check-ins.
Weekly Check-In tab is for your weekly check-ins on a Sunday before 10am.
The progress tab is a visual section of your progress.
The Zoom call tab is where you will find the link to your calls.
Daily Check-In's are for you to keep track of your progress

Set a reminder and do it on a daily basis
All progress can be viewed on your profile
Data can be requested from me at any time
