Let's Get Started

  • Click on the 'CALCULATE CALORIES' drop down from toolkit.
  • Input your data into the calculator to calculate your daily target.
  • The amount of calories calculated is your deficit amount.
  • That amount is the amount to aim for each day.
  • Download the app MyFitnessPal from your app store.
  • Input the calorie goal that you just calculated.
  • Log all foods & drinks for the duration of 6 weeks.
  • Setting up of MyFitnessPal is explained in the tutorial videos.
  • Click on the 'LEARNING ROOM' tab, and then click on 'BUILDING BLOCKS' course.
  • There you will be guided through setting up MyFitnessPal.
  • Click on the learn tab.
  • Watch ALL the tutorial videos.
  • They are short & straight to the point.
  • The videos will provide you with all relevant information.
  • Everything you need to know about fat loss is in these videos.
  • These are supporting documents to help you.
