About Lesson
How is your calorie deficit calculated?
Remember, to elicited fat loss, you have to be in a calorie deficit. Not only for 1 day, but consistently.
Your calorie deficit amount is calculated from your TDEE, which is your total daily energy expenditure.
Example:
Let’s say you burn a total of 2000 calories per day.
Your deficit amount is 1500 calories.
That leaves a shortage of 500 calories.
Your body then goes in search of those missing 500 calories in your fat storage.
As simple as that 🙂
