There are no set meal plans provided, as I teach and guide you to create your own meal plans. By doing it this way, you will understand all the basics and be able to make it sustainable. A meal plan is very restrictive and short-term, whereas learning how to create your own plan allows you more food freedom, for the rest of your life.

No, not at all. I have had members join from New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA, Australia and other countries. Because all the calls are recorded, it is very easy to join, no matter what time zone you are on.

All calls are recorded and as soon as they are finished each member will receive and email with a link to the recording. You will be able to watch it as soon it is convenient for you to do so if you did miss the call.

I provide you with basic body weight exercises in the form of video tutorials in the app. The exercise routine that you will be provided with is a basic 5 minute morning workout routine through doing specific body weight movements provided. This is to help you create a habit and a morning routine. I give you loads of guidedance around exercise, but not a 6 week gym training plan.

It is not a prerequisite, but it is highly recommended. All the group support and motivation takes place within a private Facebook group, and I host weekly lives as an added bonus for all group members.

Technically it is classified as a group format, but it is an excellent combination of group and 1-on-1 coaching. The group of members are there for the support and motivation, but all your check-in's and feedback is individual. It honestly is the best of both.

Because there are no set meal plans, it caters for all needs. I teach you how to use what you have, or what food you consume, to create the best way forward. 

I cap each 6 week program so that no one becomes just another number. The limited spaces mean that I can focus on each of you as an individual. I do not squeeze people in just for the sake of getting extra numbers - I am very strict with this as this is not a one size fits all challenge.

If there is no payment link on the website it means that enrollment is not yet open. Join the priority list so that you are the first to know when the enrollment for the next program opens. All programs fill up really fast, so you want to add your name to the wait list if you are serious about joining on of my programs.  The date that you see on the website is the next start date for the next 6 week program. 

The currency on the website is Rand (ZAR) - South African Rand. If you are paying out of a different country, the conversation will be done according to the daily rate of exchange upon making payment. The payment gateway which is being used is PayFast - A registered online payment processing solution. NO EFT's WILL BE EXCEPTED.
